Lose weight (Soo done with just maintaining! Time to get back on track)
a. Buy gym membership at school for the semester.
b. Use loseit.com on a daily basis.
c. Swim more often.
d. Go to the free Zumba & Yoga classes every week.
Get at least a 3.5 gpa
a. Never skip class.
b. Do all readings.
c. Write essays in a much more timely manner.
Go out more!
a. Put aside time to relax and recharge, at least once a week.
b. Messing up and making mistakes are natural and okay.
c. Weigh myself Once a week and stop analyzing every lbs.
d. Remember that I’m only human.
Those are my main goals for the year. I’m still working towards my GW but I’m not putting a time restriction on myself. I am going to focus on the healthy aspect of it all and not freak about each pound!
School is also incredibly important and if I need to stay in from the gym or a party to study then thats ok!
And in the end I really need to be more relaxed and less stressed out, (Good thing working out always helps me in that aspect!)
